Items shown are available subject to stock. Chichester Holistic Centre reserves the right to alter prices and delete product lines without prior notice.
Delivery Times
Orders placed with a credit/debit card will normally be dispatched within 48 hours subject to availability. Delivery by our carrier is normally up to 3 working days thereafter, depending upon the area delivered to in the U.K. For orders abroad, delivery times fall within the Post Office remit.
Lost & Missing Deliveries
If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please send our Customer Services an e-mail at info@chichesterholisiticcentre.co.uk and we will take appropriate action, or call 01243 790997 or +44 1243 790997 for non-UK residents.
Warranty
All products are covered by a full one-year warranty, covering the cost of replacement product as a result of a manufacturing defect. Any product replaced under warranty is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects until expiry of the original product warranty. This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns
If for any reason an item is unacceptable you may return it for a full refund within 14 days, provided the item is in as-new condition and has not been used.
To do this simply call on +44 1243 790997 or e-mail info@chichesterholisticcentre.co.uk, and tell them your order number, address and the items that you wish to return. It is your responsibility to post the package back to Faith Products. Once it is received, your account will then be credited for the full purchase price of the returned items. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note: We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your return.
Data Protection
We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

Sale of goods is subject to English Law including all your statutory rights as a consumer.
Product Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure those product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, you may experience marginal variations in colour from what appears on your PC screen.
Our offers and prices are correct as published, however, they cannot be guaranteed. Offers are limited to while stocks last and subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information, errors and omissions are excepted.

How much is the delivery charge?
Our delivery costs for Postage and Packaging vary, sometimes, substantially, according to the gross weight of the goods and the region and/or country for the delivery destination.
With the exception of the Scottish Highlands, we have the following simplified scale of charges for Postage and Packaging to UK Mainland delivery destinations (including free postage and packaging for order values of £75 and above).

For all other UK delivery destinations (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Offshore Islands), the above charges apply only for order values up to £17.99 and higher charges are regrettably necessary for higher order values (regardless of the automatic calculation which may appear when you order your goods). For all orders outside the UK, further higher charges will apply and we have to consult in detail with our carriers to determine the best delivery options in each case (regardless of the automatic calculation which may appear when you order your goods). Can I have a product delivered outside the UK?
