All products are covered by a full one-year warranty, covering the cost of replacement product as a result of a manufacturing defect. Any product replaced under warranty is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects until expiry of the original product warranty. This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If for any reason an item is unacceptable you may return it for a full refund within 14 days, provided the item is in as-new condition and has not been used. It is your responsibility to post the package back to Faith Products. Once it is received, your account will then be credited for the full purchase price of the returned items.
